Description: Learn two ways to design one necklace by creating a set of beads like Sherie’s super popular reversible ceramic beads. Sherie will show you how easy it is to glaze ceramic bead blanks for different looks and finish this amazing reversible necklace with a playful front closure. Students will take home enough beads for one amazing reversible necklace and a finishing kit.

Students will Learn: Techniques that include glaze design, underglazing, overglazing, accent glazing, and my unique Prestablend technique of glazing; simple wireworking techniques for finishing at home. Beads will be fired in a kiln and ready for pick up after they have cooled.

Project will be completed in class.

At least 18 years old.

Pliers: Chainnose, flush end-cutting, roundnose, small flatnose.

Materials in Kit: Brushes, glaze cups, chain, wire, spacer beads, glazes, bead blanks, jumbo clasp. Instructor will provide all materials for use in class.

Limit: One seat per person per class.
